Then you should remove the cores and cut apples into small pieces. Keeping the apple skin which rich in flavonoids, antioxidant that help prevent heart disease is better.

Apples are just treats and not daily dog food, it means one apple for dogs is enough. Too much intake can be bad for absorbing nutrients, resulting in indigestion.
